  • What's the difference between King Of Hearts, Wedding and Custom games?
    The King of Hearts Puzzle immerses the players in the story and life of the well-respected King of Hearts. The players help the King of Hearts find the secrets he has hidden away through a series of word, observation, logic and decoding puzzles. The Wedding Puzzle includes a series of word, decoding, anagrams and word search puzzles. All of which are designed and related to weddings including references to rings, flowers, speeches and music. The Custom Puzzle is an opportunity for any puzzle lovers to create their own puzzles and relate it to their own event or who they are. The Custom Puzzle includes word and observation puzzles, with easily adaptable elements to make it unique to the event it’s designed for. The Custom Puzzle comes with a choice of 10 different puzzles for the customer to choose from, so we can truly craft the experience around what you enjoy and make it unique to every individual customer.
  • Which game is best for a corporate event or birthday party?
    We would recommend the King Of Hearts or the Custom puzzle. The Custom allows you to customise the puzzles and theme to the individual company or person and the King Of Hearts is a generic non offensive puzzle about the King Of Hearts perfect for any occasion.
  • Do you provide the favours/rewards?
    No we don't. All our products are designed for you to add the rewards or favours for your guests to enjoy.
  • I am looking for an ice breaker for my wedding which game should I choose?
    For weddings we recommend either the Wedding or the Custom games. The King Of Hearts game can work at any event but it has no specific reference to weddings apart from love. We would also recommend ordering one of our products before your big day to test out the games
  • Can I change the code on the lock after we completed the game?
    Yes, please email info@toptableescapes.co.uk and we will send you instructions on how to change it.
  • Can I add my own design to the boxes?
    The Puzzle Boxes come either blank, with initials in a circular leaf pattern or with a name written on the top of the box. If you would like to add your own design, we suggest buying our blank Puzzle Boxes and adding this on yourself.
  • Can I play the game at home or does it only work at events?
    Yes you can order any of our games to play at home but we would recommend the King Of Hearts puzzle box/frame/jar for the best at home experience.
  • Can you add my photos to the frames?
    Yes, If you get in touch via email we can add your photos to any frame game.
  • Are your products suitable for kids?
    We do not currently offer any specific puzzles for kids. Some of our simpler puzzles however, can be completed by anyone roughly above the age of 10, so any kids at your event can certainly get involved. If you would like to discuss creating a specific puzzle or game for children for your event, then please get in touch
  • Are the puzzles hard?
    All of our games are designed with all abilities in mind. We would expect each game to take a group of 5 - 10 people around 15 - 30 minutes to complete.
  • Can I hire the products?
